Le Meridien Visconti is a gem in the heart of Rome, and my recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. As an interior designer with a passion for modern Italian aesthetics, this hotel perfectly embodies the chic and stylish ambiance inspired by La Dolce Vita with a modern twist. The Longitude 12 Bistrot & Jardin, where classic Italian cuisine is reinterpreted by Chef Massimo Orsini, offered a culinary experience that exceeded my expectations.The personalized welcome delight set the tone for my gourmet getaway. I started my day with a healthy Signature Breakfast featuring Italian flavors and international influences, a true highlight. The buffet breakfast at Longitude 12 Bar & Bistro was a feast for the senses, offering a variety of sweet and savory options. I must say, it was one of the best breakfasts I've had, truly representing the essence of Italian gastronomy.In the evening, Longitude 12 Bistrot & Jardin transformed into a cozy restaurant where I savored tasty dishes while enjoying the bright and fresh coffee house atmosphere. The setting was perfect for sophisticated guests like myself to relish the gastronomic and beverage offerings. My dining experience at Le Meridien Visconti was a culinary journey that I won't soon forget, and I can't wait to return for another gourmet escape. Grazie mille for a memorable stay!
